Korean cuisine once again blows my mind, this time with my new friends Mrs. Nam and her husband Mr. Jo Hen Jin. These generous enlightened souls treated me to a wonderful dinner. This time we ate Galbi-jim, which is basically Beef Ribs in a steamed stew with vegetables and seasonings. Good stuff! The cooks must have steamed it all for hours, as the beef just flaked right off the bones.
